Many women are working in Heart. This is because most of our costomers are women and small children. Since our products are used by women, it is very important to develop our products from women's point of view. We aspire our workplace to be comfortable for working women.		We believe that working condition is very important for women. You can continue working after marriage, pregnancy, and deliverance if you hope so. In case of emergency such as child's illness and you need to leave early, you can go home immediately. We build a framework of cooperation in an emergency.
On recruitment, we accept handicapped people. Also, we use recycled soap called Kinarikko which is produced in workshop of NPO in Kawasaki, Kanagawa. We support various people's independence and participation in a community and a society.		On your child’s birthday, we all want to celebrate together with family. In order to celebrate kid's birthday, we have "Child's Birthday Holiday". Our staff can take a leave on their kid's birthday, and celebrate with their family.

GOTS(Global Organic Textile Standard) has a term of working condition.
It was established in order to protect workers in workshops and farms of textile. The products can not be called organic unless they are not produced according to the term.
Heart follows this social term at all the workshops and farms, and protect workers.
